| Job Duties: | Oversee the day-to-day operations of printing business. Make sure printed materials are designed,created and shipped according to client specifications.Work with a variety of printed materials are designed,created and shipped according to clients specifications.Work with the variety of printed materials,including business advertisements,magazines,promotional materials,apparel catalogs,books,consumer products and newspapers.Constantly revise and streamline printing process in order to increase profits and meet customer deadlines.Plans,lay out,and supervise the work of skilled subordinates engaged in the production of a wide variety of printed and graphic arts products.Supervises and participates as necessary in offset press work and related duplicating operations,trains apprentices in the operation of printing equipment.Requisitions materials inks,and equipment,schedules necessary repair and service of machines,makes periodic inventory of supplies.Sees that records of cost,production,and time worked are maintained and appropriate records submitted.Inspect work in progress and finished materials to see that quality and quantity standards are compiled with. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a minimum of (2) years experience as a supervisor in a printing and graphic design facility. At least (5) years of hands-on experience working with production/printing equipment,as well as knowledge of various type of printing processes,visual design elements and desktop publishing software.Computer proficient especially in locating and ordering supplies.Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to operate printing equipment.should have good communication skills for effective sales and servicing of customers,as well as regular communications with supplier and clients.must have experience in managing or supervising a graphics and design establishment.able to meet monthly sales quotas to ensure steady income.able to drive and must have a valid driver's license.Must be hardworking,able to multi task and work under pressure. |
