| Job Duties: | • Serve as a project manager/training lead on the implementation of new technology, service concepts and skills • Perform training with staff coming from Asia and international countries in an accurate and effective manner • Works closely with the Director of Training to develop continuous training programs on a regular basis • Constantly obtain and update guest feedback from different resources and implement training modules to increase productivity level and guest satisfaction • Update and revise departmental training materials as required, ensuring that new policy implementations are integrated into existing lesson plans • Evaluate progress and training comprehension of all newly hired Hotel Operations employees. • Ensure that all Hotel Operations staff remain current with the knowledge and skills associated with their job descriptions through continuous training • Conduct specialized training with Hotel Operations personnel who need improvements in specific areas • Possess good organizational and filing skills, as well as the ability to chart attendance records on paper and through computer programs • Perform regular training audits regarding service standards • Ensure proper communication for training schedule changes and respond in a timely and professional manner to questions and concerns • Work flexible hours to accommodate training classes amongst the shifts • Develop a good working relationship with the Human Resources Training Division and keep them updated with training attendance records and curriculum information • Demonstrate versatility and flexibility in adjusting teaching style to meet the needs of learners. • Maintain poise and clarity when challenged in the classroom • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3-5 years training experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience • Must have strong oral and written communication and presentation skills • Must be able to speak in front of a large group and discuss a variety of topics and issues • Must be able to work effectively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization • Must have expertise in the application of adult learning principles in training delivery and creation of training programs and materials • Must have strong organization, evaluation, assessment, and decision-making skills • Self-directed, positive, adaptable and flexible team player • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese preferred • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software • Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
