| Job Duties: | • Greet and engage guests throughout the resort • Ensure and provide a flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experience • Making our guests feel welcomed, informed, included and able to treat guests appropriately to have a memorable experience at our resort • Ability to build instant rapport with guests by projecting as a professional company image • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Manager – Butler Services/ Assistant Director – Butler Services or to carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and responsibilities for this role • Assist in executing marketing/special events by displaying relevant themed costumes on stage and within the venue to provide background for chorus line to entertain audience • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Customer service working experience is an advantage • High School graduate or above • Possess etiquette training and knowledge of image management • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Ability to work overtime when needed • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Ability to communicate in English and Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
