| Job Duties: | • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, ensuring professional telephone etiquette. • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business, and refer visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining professionalism and being courteous. • Introduce all related equipment to guest. • Clean equipment & Recommend appropriate club to guest. • Introduce the basic information regarding the fairway. • Rake bunkers and sand traps. • Assist in checking putter line. • Measuring yardages. • Replacing divots and ball marks. • Tending the pin. • Maintain inventory of supplies. • Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of golf products to ensure highest quality at all times. • Interact with department and company team members & guests (from Asian and International countries), management. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 2-years’ experience as a caddy or related occupation from player club. • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company. • Ability to communicate in English and other Asian languages to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries is an advantage; • High school graduate or equivalent working experience. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to work in outdoor area. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
