| Job Duties: | • Coordinate with the Spa Manager regarding reservations, maintenance and customer service issues • Ensure the Spa Therapist deliver company’s high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction when booking reservations, conducting consultations, product and sales promotions, cashiering, and guest services • Ensure the Spa facilities, lobby, reception, retail and Spa hygiene are clean, tidy and maintained • Inspect the daily upkeep, maintenance and hygiene of Spa facilities and tools • Control expenses and research ways to generate more revenue • Organizes orders of supplies, professional and retail product as needed • Continuously improve health and safety standards • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services • Handle customer complaints in a timely manner • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Establish and maintain good team work with team members • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 3 years related experience 1 year of which is supervising and training therapists, preferably with 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or above is preferred • Excellent product knowledge of Spa and beauty therapies preferred • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • The ability to work in and contribute to dynamic team • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Basic working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office • Ability to work on overtime when needed • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Able to multi-task |
