| Job Duties: | • Provide direction, supervision, guidance and be able to hold accountability to all employees involved in the daily operations of Butlers • Provide appropriate and profitable room assignments • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Be able to perform any Guest Relations Supervisory duties that may be assigned • Monitor all Butler tasks to ensure compliance to process and procedure • Create and provide training, coaching and counseling for Butlers • Maintain exemplary departmental standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude at all times • Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known • Attend to guests’ complaints, inquiries and requests, and refer problems to his/her superior if he/she is unable to assist • Ensure guest satisfaction during shift and monitor team members with the same awareness • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks • Perform other related job duties as assigned by assistant manager from time to time • Take full responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Villa in his/her absence • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to Assistant Manger • Maintain and exceed hotel and company service standards • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in customer service in a 5 star hotel / cruise / well-known property • High school graduate or above • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Good problem solving, independent and communication skills • Patient, cheerful and positive outlook • Ability to follow through and attention to detail • Has strong sense of teamwork and is committed to the team • Understand different cultures and diversity • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
