| Job Duties: | • Good understanding of spa therapy and history • Provide necessary training classes to ensure all Spa team members deliver company’s high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction • Ensure the spa operating procedures & policy manuals are implemented & updated as required • Responsible for all therapist training to include all massage modalities, body treatment training, facial training, facial machine training, facial analysis training, proper technique for Thai Massage etc. • Aware of the new skills and techniques of spa section • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly treatment training plans • Liaise with Manager – Spa to conduct regular training, create development opportunities for high potential therapists and train appropriate employees for growth and upward movement • Train the therapists on how to effectively make retail recommendations • Continuously improve health and safety standards • Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 3 years spa therapist experience, preferably with 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or equivalent or above is preferred • Excellent product knowledge of Spa and beauty therapies • Excellent customer service, inter-personal skills and training abilities • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Basic working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to multi-task. |
