| Job Duties: | • Display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company's service and operational culture. • Greet and welcome guests from different countries with well-groomed and professional image to present the company • Act as a front line service representative and ensure that a high standard of guest relations is provided to VIP guests from pre arrival preparations, explanation of gaming devices and rules, evaluation of play, continual contact to guest departure. • Maintain a working knowledge of the VIP program in order to effectively assist guests. • Maintain a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events/promotions in order to advise customers and fellow employees of same, whenever possible. • Assist with maintaining player accounts, recording player information and assisting with casino promotions, tournaments, etc. • Coordinate VIP guest transportation requirements, gaming activities and any other special needs/requests. • Resolve customer conflicts which relate to VIP guests and services. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and gaming regulations. • Act as liaison between VIP guests and Gaming personnel/management when required. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 1 years' customer service experience or related occupation in a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort/ Well-known property/ Hospitality Area. • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent in related field preferred. • Must be able to secure a CNMI gaming license. • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company and its high-end brands. • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Ability to communicate in English, with additional knowledge of Asian or European Languages an advantage. • Well-grooming, represent company with a professional image for guest services • Enthusiastic, energetic and has a pleasing personality. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
