| Job Duties: | • Oversee the development and production of promotional and collateral materials • Oversee the marketing and social media campaign of the hotel • Support the hotel in generating profitable revenue to increase RevPAR, market share, and brand awareness • Creatively sell available hotel space to maximize revenue • Skillfully respond to incoming leads and maximize conversion from all sources • Create and execute strategic sales plans to identify, attract and retain appropriate business to hotel • Responsible for selling guestrooms, meeting rooms and additional services to companies or groups • Handle guest, agencies and companies from local area and all over the world • Implementing the potential of established marketing vehicles within the hotel property such as email • Promoting the hotel brand in international area • Communicate program details for properties • Communicate with appropriate departments regarding set-up changes and final counts • Overnight travel for business relates activities as needed • Follow-up with clients after each function to insure satisfaction and solicit for additional business • Ensure proper usage and that all required information is entered into sales software including all significant client communication • Through leadership and supervision encourage behaviors that promote health and safety responsibility, accountability and awareness • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Must have 3-4 years’ sales experience in hotel capacity including 2 years’ supervisory experience • Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent working experience • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) preferred • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
