| Job Duties: | • Develops and implements strategic plans for the Hotel Operations complying with the Company’s strategic vision and plan • Periodically monitors the performance of the Company against the approved strategic objective and goals • Performs and presents hospitality industry and market research to enable a smoother decision making process for CEO and top management • Communicates, directs and manages all functions performed within the Hotel Operations, which employees of all different level positions are from Asian and International countries • Assists to develop quality service standard and maintains the established service level • Assists with executive level reporting to ensure and maintain industry best practices • Assists to monitor and report financial profit and loss as part of the daily operating report • Assist to establish guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs, while providing excellent guest service • Conducts frequent and thorough inspections of the different hotel operations to ensure service excellence is consistently maintained • Responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel to achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets • Takes a proactive approach when dealing with guest and team member concerns and solicits feedback for continued improvement • Provides effective leadership to hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded • Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel • Plans and directs the service delivery of all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations • Actively manages customer satisfaction (both Asian & International guests) through analysis of customer feedback, performance metrics and improvement of processes • Maintains and exceeds hotel and company service standards • Ensures health, safety, hygiene and other relevant legislative obligations are fulfilled, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the hotel, guests and colleagues • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Degree holder or equivalent working experience • 15 years or above experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry • At least 5 years of experience for managerial positions in a 4 or 5 star international hotel/resort • Good command of English; Ability to communicate in Chinese or other Asian languages to deal with Asian & International guests and communicate/manage employees of different level of positions in the Company • Pre-opening experience is an advantage • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Experience in corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports • In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Proficiency in office software: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other related soft ware • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
