| Job Duties: | • Maintain supervisory control over all linen activities and personnel to assure that basic functions and operations are accomplished in accordance with established policies and procedures. • Assist in maximizing linen flow through the facility in reducing losses and costs. • Manage the linen inventory and ensure the department budget is in line and achieve the maximum profitability of all facilities and services by monitoring costs and expenses. • Development and continuous improvement of departmental training programs fostering the career development of all employees. • Maintain accurate records of all linens delivered and sends information to necessary areas to evaluate usage and control costs. • Support linen program requirements, to include quality of service expectations. • Reviews daily & monthly production reports, as well as department productivity program and ensure goals are met. • Coordinate and maintain work schedules for Linen employees. • Ensure all Linen employees are trained in all aspects of operations. • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ supervisory level experience in the Wardrobe or Linen operations in a 5 star hotel / well known property. • High school graduate or above. • Equivalent professional training is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills. • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis. • Fluent in English. • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
