| Job Duties: | • Maintain open line communication and ensure guest complaints and feedbacks are handled effectively and efficiently by supervising team members • Delegate responsibilities and liaising with other related departments • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Lead, motivate and continuously develop the Butler Team in order to maximize productivity, departmental revenue and guest satisfaction level • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process • Manage guests’ profiles for constant record of personal preferences • Recommend improvement in daily operations, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs • Ensure all staff on duty are at all times well-groomed with uniform • Observe the overall conduct, appearance, productivity and performance of all employees • Prepare the sectional duty roster and attendance record • Supervise and check the data upload and update of in-house guest files • Assist in developing training plans and work closely with departmental trainer • Conduct and check the preparation of all necessary materials before VIP Guests’ arrival • Function in place of the Manager – Villa in his/her absence • Communicate critical information from pre- and post-convention meetings to the department • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to Managers • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ supervisory working experience in customer service in a 5 star hotel / cruise / well-known property • High school graduate or above • Good leadership skills, communication skills and staff motivation • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Ability to follow through and attention to details • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Able to multi-task. |
