| Job Duties: | • Represent management in the handling of guest complaints, compliments and suggestions in a diplomatic manner • Ensure that on-going relevant logbook communication to other shifts is maintained • Work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient airline booking process • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Meet and greet guests; build up positive relationships between the guests and hotel • Manage guest’s profile for constant record of personal preferences • Recommend improvement in daily operations, especially in the aspects of developing better service standards, increasing revenue and reducing costs • Ensure guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department • Ensure all staff on duty are at all times well-groomed with uniform • Observe the overall conduct, appearance, productivity and performance of all employees • Ensure the information of the airline and relevant information including weather and road conditions are kept updated and provide the information to the guests accurately and promptly • Prepare the sectional duty roster and attendance record • Supervise and check the data upload and update of in-house guest files • Supervise the handover of Airport Services cash float • Assist in developing training plans and work closely with departmental trainer • Ensure that the arrival and departure lists are being checked and followed up properly. • Communicate critical information from pre- and post-convention meetings to the department • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ supervisory level experience in customer service or Front Office in a 5 star hotel/ well known property • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience • Good leadership skills, communication skills and staff motivation • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnights, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
