Job Title: Vice President – Hospitality Projects Development
Job Duties: • Require to work independently with the owner to perform individual tasks related to an issue with hotel operations, design and decorating, marketing, IT development • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end • Define project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management • Develop project plans and schedule • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion • Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Track project milestones and deliverables • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations • Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas; • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work • Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project • Conduct project “lessons learned” meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Management field of study is a must. MBA is highly recognized • Overall 12 years working experience in hospitality, customer service, food & beverage and fleet management related industries • Good knowledge of casino hotel resort operations and departmental functions. • Proven experience in management role, which reporting to senior management and lead team size more than 100 employees in the current and previous working history • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills are highly required • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning in day-to-day operations • Ability in decision making and problem solving • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges ad-hoc assignments and projects assign from the Company • Effective in projects execution and problem solving skills • Fluent in both spoken and written English • Ability to communicate in other languages preferred • Proficient in computer applications and skills in Microsoft Office applications
