Job Title: Card Room Manager
Job Duties: • Strong team leader and mentor of staff • Design and refine processes for maximum efficiencies and security • Perform staff appraisals • Builds a good relationship with relevant vendors • Administers the efficiently and securely operation of the card and dice storage room including reception, inventory, shuffling, delivery, and destruction of cards. • Maintain security of all cards, dice and personnel. • Schedule staff roster and role allocation efficiently. • Remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by employees or others and take appropriate actions to correct the situation within established guidelines and procedures. • Demonstrate strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills. • Meet attendance guidelines of the job • Always presenting oneself as a credit to company and encourage other to do the same. • Builds and maintains good relationships with other departments. • Review and improve work procedures and overall performance in timely manner. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above. • Minimum 5 years in a casino table games supervisory/managerial position, 1 year or above experience in card room supervisor/managerial • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Chinese language is an advantage. • Familiar with Card Management system. • Able to write policy & procedure manuals. Experience in creating Standard Operations Procedure for Card Room will be advantage. • Proficient in MS Office and be conversant with reporting systems used. • Demonstrate good leading team skills. • Flexible schedule: Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines. • Must possess strong communication, training and effective listening abilities with strong judgement skills. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
