| Job Duties: | • Maintain a robust intelligence database for reporting. • Generate intelligible reports with deep analysis. • Collaborate with the senior team members to track actual performance and forecast on Casino Operations performance and other assigned business units. • Work independent and under pressure with ad hoc analytics in a timely manner. • Work with managers on develop and implement strategic projects on maximizing labor efficiency. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working Experience: experience in Workforce Planning, Labor scheduling is desirable. • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in related field (data warehousing, statistical programming) • Language Skill: Solid written and verbal skills in English some Chinese will be an advantage. • Ability to read, interpret work related documents such as SOP, training materials, etc. • Computer Skill: Experience using reporting tools and expertise in Excel. • Knowledge of Virtual Roster or Mizzisoft (Easy Roster) are highly desirable. • Understanding of master data management including data modeling techniques, relational databases (i.e. SAS, SQL Server), advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and BI programming (VBA, SQL) and automation principles. • Proven ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. • A thorough understanding of Table Games is strongly preferred. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
