Job Title: Card Room Attendant
Job Duties: • Work towards efficient and secure operation of the card storage room including reception, inventory, shuffling, delivery, and destruction of cards during an assigned shift at the direction of the Card Room Supervisor. • Able to perform heavy lifting at times. • Work efficiently and accurately at the various tasks required. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Education: Graduation from high school or above. • Work Experience: Excellent work ethic required. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Some Chinese will be an advantage. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Flexible schedule: Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Other requirements: Work in a team environment with colleagues and the Card Room Supervisors to ensure all areas have sufficient equipment requirements to satisfy the daily running of the gaming environment. • Heavy lifting is required at times. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
