| Job Duties: | • Creates and promotes innovations and ideas for analysis, forecasting and evaluating strategies to maximize revenue. • Provides a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and cooperation within the department, and other departments. • Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies and within the realm of Company’s vision, mission and core values • Provides direction and oversight for the Table Games Department as well as selecting and mentoring a strong team of professionals. • Oversees analysis of table games performance information on a daily basis with goal of maximizing revenue. • Continually stimulates and builds staff morale, through coordinating and participating in team activities both within the department and with other departments to build an overall company team ethics. • Maintains appropriate scheduling to satisfy the volume of gaming activity through regular assessment of Headcount, open table analysis encompassing the use of tools. General Responsibilities: • To develop and lead a strong team of dedicated professionals • Analyzes and interprets all data to maximize revenues • Innovates creatively regarding products and procedures to streamline the operation • Builds a culture of development within the department and inter departmental cooperation • Leads the setting up of new casinos • Drive ad-hoc project as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working Experience: Must have a proven track record of effective and successful management within the gaming industry. • Experience in leading the setting up of new casino. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior casino management • Postsecondary education or above • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Cantonese. • Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage. • Interaction with a passion for customer service, creativity and innovation. • Must possess excellent customer service skills, Interpersonal skills and communication skills. • Must be an accomplished team leader with the ability to develop and mentor a team of professionals in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. • Requires expertize to maximize revenues through strategic planning, must be able to design and implement departmental procedures in accordance with Company’s vision, mission and core values. • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. |
