| Job Duties: | • Assist in controlling and analyzing quality levels of products and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operating costs and sanitation. • Establish and maintain effective employee relations. • Assist with the compilation of both English & Chinese new menus and beverage lists. • Attend and contribute to Food & Beverage departmental meetings. • Inform the Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters. • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department, ensuring professional telephone etiquette. • Record and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate. • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel, maintaining professional and courteous demeanor. • Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, agendas, memos, forms, directories, and other documents and communications from computer systems, drafts, recordings, or verbal instruction as requested. • Photocopy, collate, distribute, and file documents. • Transmit outgoing faxes, and retrieve, log, and distribute incoming faxes. • Maintain inventory of supplies. • Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and International countries • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. • Participate in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Secondary school diploma or higher. • Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to translate department related documents (inducing menus and beverage lists) from Chinese to English, or vice versa is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills. • Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
