Job Title: Assistant Manager - Hospitality & Affairs
Job Duties: • Oversee the supervision of Hospitality Department, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively • Interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries • Assist in the hiring process and new employee training • Ensure Team Members deliver high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction • Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures • Evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions • Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance • Respond to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner • Facilitate the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled departmental • Collaborate with other departments on special events and/or promotions • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • High School diploma or above; or equivalent working experience • At least four (4) years’ experience in Tour Operations / Transportation or related area. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and Transportation System • Customer service oriented, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills. • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Good leadership skills and staff motivation • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
