| Job Duties: | • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Hospitality department • Monitor daily staff schedule, ensuring staff are reporting to work, leaving and taking their breaks on time • Ensure Team Members deliver high standards of quality, service and guest satisfaction • Develop and monitor operations policies and procedures • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Interact with guests and internal staff from Asian and international countries. • Constantly supervising the Office to ensure efficiency of operations • Develop, implement and monitor quality control mechanisms for Hospitality Service, including service standards, staff grooming, vehicle presentation, and health and safety • Ensure shift information and reports are completed prior to the end of the shift and information is passed-down effectively to entire Management team • Monitor team performance and contribute to overall department goals • Conduct systems training, provide guidance and support on a daily basis • Resolve guest challenges and special requests in a timely manner and coordinate with outside departments for completion • Complete and issue employee evaluations upon approval of the Senior Hospitality Management • Develop, coach, counsel and provide staff advancement for promotional opportunities • Manage supplies expense; minimize outsourcing expenses • Continuously improve health and safety standards • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High School diploma or equivalent working experience • At least five (5) years of Concierge/ Transportation/Limousine experience in a well-established Casino / 5 Star hotel/ Well-known property, minimum of three (3) of those years in a managerial or supervisor role • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software and transportation/Hospitality management system. • Customer service oriented • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
