| Job Duties: | • Develops Regional Operations casino marketing strategic plans and assists with property plans / operational recommendations that are consistent with the strategic vision. • Develops short and long range regional property operations objectives. Monitors, documents, and notifies the SVP of Casino Marketing of any problems that may impact or jeopardize the achievement of current and future regional operations objectives. • Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide corresponding incentives and use authorization to approve intermediate amounts of allowance (room, food, beverage, events tickets, promo chips, free play, airfare or discounts). • Develop junior staff to the next level by ensuring assigned staff fully understand projects, providing effective feedback to staff (positive and critical), identifying and promoting growth opportunities for all junior staff. • Monitors existing business operations and liaise with property casino leaders to share best demonstrated practices for marketing, guest service, and casino operations (yield and optimization) • Implement firm policies around recruiting, staffing, training and account management that result in topnotch client service as well as a positive work environment that fosters a pattern of long term staff retention. • Research and analyze existing data and trends and takes action to reduce costs and increase regional property hotel revenues whenever possible. • Promote a positive environment for staff and identify and work with firm management to address any issues that are creating barriers to an optimal work environment for all staff. • Provide feedback, advice and back up as needed to other members of senior staff team to ensure all senior staff has support needed to effectively run accounts and promote positive work environment • Maintain highly confidential casino customer information by enforcing the privacy of all guests and limits requests for information about such guests in accordance with company policies. • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully move into problem solving mode whenever challenges or concerns arise • Take the lead on implementing at least one internal program/procedure per quarter that improves office moral and/or contributes to staff retention • Work in conjunction with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives and on property personnel to assist and facilitate qualified in house casino customers. • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc) • Drive ad-hoc project as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications. • Must have a minimum 8 years of casino marketing experience, with demonstrated casino marketing management experiences • Persuasive, credible, and polished communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills. • Must work collaboratively with internal as well as external partners and other organizations • Able to handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people • Strong analytical skills and basic business intuition • Previous marketing management experience • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages preferred (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) • Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. • Able to multi-task. |
