| Job Duties: | • Prepares, manages and adheres to player development budget, including program analysis. • Ensure the guest is being provided with the necessary level of service to reflect their value to the property in all interactions including gaming operations and cashiering. • Responsibility for the creation of player development events and promotions that ensure profitability and the strengthening of new and developing player relationships. • Creates, plans, organizes and personally leads VIP team in developing memorable customer trips. Interfaces with personnel at the destination to ensure all logistics are provided for the customers. During the event plans activities and motivates staff to ensure a memorable experience. • Oversees the development of new relationships to grow the list of premium players. • Raising the profile of the VIP experience at Casino and develop player loyalty by maintaining positive and progressive relationships within the property and beyond • Work with internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. • Provides input and direction to the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets, division operations and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability • Support documents translation and memo preparation in both Chinese & English. • Participates in the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure Casino’s competitive position and in the anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality or gaming environment. • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc) • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Proven ability to work remotely and independently. • Bachelor’s degree holder or above • Skilled and experienced in delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Must have a minimum of 5 – 6 years’ casino marketing experience • Previous marketing management experience • Ability to effectively prepare program and evaluate & analyze programs or promotions • Experience leading a team either as a guest or provider • Financial planning skills, able to budget and to manage expenditure. • Preferable Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korea and/or Japanese) • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
