| Job Duties: | • Actively seeks new players through external networking and following through with “leads.” • Greet guest and participates in all special events and promotions. • Identifies and solicits new players to Best Sunshine. • Supports and promotes all special events and promotions. • Assists in planning and implementation of Casino Marketing activities. • Account settlement. • Assist on gaming floor services including exchanging casino chips and greeting guests. • Assist to increase the amount of new membership and maintain a good relationship with all guests. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High School graduate or above. • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Proficiency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese language is highly preferred for developing new players in Asia. • Minimum 1 year of experience in casino and or slot clubs. • Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends and public holidays, and to be on call throughout guest visits. • Must have proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs. • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
