| Job Title: | Gaming Projects and Administration Attendant |
| Job Duties: | • Assisting tables and electronic gaming change and communicating with Casino Operations, internal support teams • Participating in the implementation of gaming floor change according to defined timelines and available resources • Handling administration work for Gaming Projects and Administration team • Preparing and delivering documents and equipment as required for any change work for Table Games and Electronic Gaming • Maintaining and organizing storage and stock inventory of all gaming tables, slot machines and gaming equipment and assisting inventory recording • Provide logistic support for Table Games and Electronic Gaming and ensure all movements and status is documented accurately • Assisting ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all equipment is in good condition and minimize any downtime for the operation • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High school graduate or above, certification in Hospitality or Gaming management field being an advantage • Working experience in the gaming or administrative fields would be an advantage • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills • Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics and treats others with respect and consideration • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potential unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to express information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time • May occasionally require to work outside of regularly scheduled hours • Schedules may vary based on business need. Must be able to work independently or with a team • Possess command of Microsoft applications would be an advantage • Ability to read and understand documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents • Ability to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken) • Ability to communicate in Chinese would be an advantage • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
