| Job Duties: | • Leads Gaming Projects and Admin team to follow the project progress and ensure gaming related program is under supervision properly. • Provides administrative support to Executive Office and encourage teamwork and good cooperation within the department, and other departments. • Assist Executives in company development project for gaming and prepare execution plan. • Oversee whole gaming project process includes scope of work evaluation, schedule planning, necessary document to Gaming Bureau, coordination between Support Teams, working timeline, etc. • Oversee program criteria and other documentation for gaming projects. • Make efficient arrangement in all aspect for completing gaming project smoothly. • Propose options of gaming plan in CAD when necessary. • Prepare departmental annual budgetary. • Proficiency in evaluating cost effectiveness of gaming products. • Assure departmental purchase progress proceed appropriately and systematically. • Network with both vendors and equivalent staff at other properties to stay current with trends and innovations available. • Oversee all gaming tables’ backend configuration in the gaming system. • Ensure Administration Department operates efficiently. • Ensure the direct reports are aware of their roles and perform them effectively. • To develop and lead a ,strong team of dedicated professionals • Analyzes and interprets all data to maximize revenues • Innovates creatively regarding products and procedures to streamline the operation • Builds a culture of development within the department and inter departmental cooperation. • Leads the setting up of new casinos • Drive ad-hoc project as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Working Experience: At least seven (7) years’ experience in gaming industry, including experience with Gaming planning and related business development. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related discipline • Excellent in written, spoken English. • Fluency in Chinese will be an advantage. • Extensive skills, knowledge, and experience in gaming management and competence to provide excellent administrative advice and support for Casino Operations. • Advanced, organizational skills required. • Excellent gaming product knowledge. • Fully conversant with Microsoft applications • Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. • Able to multi-task. |
