| Job Duties: | • Plan marketing and branding objectives. • Expand product solutions and offerings. • Assist in the preparation marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff. • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. • Prepare and adhere to budgets. • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. • Design print ads and publications. • Ensure brand messages are consistent. • Gather and analyze customer insight. • Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share. • Engage consumers on social media. • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization. • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms. • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics. • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities. • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader. • Translate documents from Chinese to English. • Assist Chinese Investors and media groups while on the island as part of market research development and promotion. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education and Experience in Business or marketing related or equivalent professional qualification. • Experience developing and managing marketing strategies. • At least 3-5 years working experience in customer and market research from different types of markets but mainly China region. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours.
