Job Title: Coordinator - Public Relations
Job Duties: • Develop sponsorship, trade, business arrangements, and relationships with businesses, individuals, and organizations in support of Best Sunshine Int. events and activities. • Plan, implement, and follow-up for all special and regular events. This includes cocktail mixers, business and social gatherings, live entertainment, charity events, trade shows, and other related events. • Book talent, including musicians, bands and disk jockeys. • Initiate, coordinate and/or participate in all efforts to publicize events • Edit and design promotional materials within company guidelines • Prepare presentations, create/send out invitations and RSVP, and manage related event communications • Ability to develop and manage F&B marketing programs based on company facilities including partnership and cooperation with F&B suppliers to maximize marketing opportunities • Develop and maintain event databases for B2B and B2C customers. Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution. • Responsible for the development and fulfillment of the events and marketing budgets. • Supervise and coordinate with event contractors • Annually develop and implement marketing plans and materials • Write, submit and follow-up of events planning before and after events for Management • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Must have Associate’s Degree in related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2 to 3 years of experience in Events and Marketing positions for Food and Beverage/Travel Agency field. Some Communications, Marketing, and/or Public Relations an advantage • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently • Resourcefulness in solving problems • Excellent people skills with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail • Basic computer skill • Excellent English language communication skills (written & verbal) • Chinese language abilities preferred • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
