| Job Duties: | • Ensure the quality of housing for staff • Conduct regular inspections of the staff housing facility and units; identify problem areas, and enlist means to correct. Report, track and follow up on maintenance issues with appropriate parties • Coordinate with outside vendors and/or property management to ensure all repairs and maintenance issues are completed in a timely manner • Coordinate administrative functions for area including staff check-in, check-out, room changes, damage assessment, key maintenance and room/apartment condition reports • Maintain key inventory records, room assignments and emergency contact information • To ensure that all Staff Housing OS&E and FF&E items are properly inventoried and monitored • To ensure employees have a complete understanding and comply with the rules and regulations • Ensure employees adhere to all security procedures and practices and follow grooming standards • Ensure employees have a complete understanding of rules and regulations • Effectively communicate guiding principles and core values to all levels of employees • Oversee department administration and paperwork • Coordinate and monitor the preparation of department operating expenses • Create departmental training plans and write operating procedures for Staff Housing • Conduct daily briefings and disseminate Company information to the team • Enforce all rules for the dormitory as listed in the Employee Handbook • Assist to Hire, train, supervise, and manage Staff Housing employees • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 3 - 5 years working experience in the Hotel industry or relevant Housing Services at a management level • High School graduate or above • Equivalent professional training is preferred • Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills • Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets • Responsible, capable of handling multi-faced projects and working under pressure • Proactive and innovative problem solver • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
