| Job Duties: | • Responsible for cleaning all housing areas which includes but not limited to: employee housing, employee dining rooms, showers, restrooms, hallways & stairwells and laundry areas • Stock employee bathrooms with the necessary toiletries • Empty employee garbage, ashtrays, and recycling from employee housing and transports to disposal area • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish employee floor, porches, walkways, hallways & stairwells • Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures and ensure all data is entered completely into system for employee housing • Make sure the employee housing room is cleaned before employee move in • Clean employee housing area rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaner, brushes, and shampooing machines. • Maintain and provide general cleaning as assigned • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Previous relevant experience or hospitality experience • Marble, granite, vinyl floor treatment skill is an advantage • Basic computer skill is an advantage • High school graduate; GED; or above • Responsible, self-motivated and independent • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis • Fluent in English • Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
