| Job Title: | Supervisor – Tour Operations |
| Job Duties: | • Provide direction, supervision, guidance and be able to hold accountability to all employees involved in the daily operations of Tour Operations • Maintain and enforce departmental policies and procedures • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Oversee the supervision of Tour Operators, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution • Contribute to team effort and accomplish related results as required • Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance • Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known • Review and recommend updates for department policies and procedures • Attend and develop in all training sessions related to offered by Company • Visit resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability • Collect, evaluate and respond (as appropriate) to customer feedback • Respond to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner • Prepare reports, upon request by the Assistant Manager, of pertinent Tour Operations data, such as—but not limited to—number of bookings, pricing information and projected profits • Is knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures • Take full responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Tour Operations in his/her absence • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to Assistant Managers • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ working experience in a 5 star hotel / wellknown property • High School graduate or above • Initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of ticketing Management System • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis • Ability to work under pressure • Fluent in English • Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese) preferred. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
