| Job Duties: | • Assists in the hiring process and new employee training • Visits resorts to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability • Communicate on a regular basis and reports any problem, when necessary to the Manager – Tour Operations • Handle VIP guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.) • Maintains and enforces departmental policies and procedures • Oversees the supervision of Tour Operator, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution • Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions • Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance • Verifies department and summary logs and assigns, as necessary, job duties to team members • Reviews and recommends updates for department policies and procedures • Prepares profit forecast and booking reports • Attends and develops in all training sessions related to Hotel operations offered by the company • Performs any other related duties as assigned • Builds a team of dedication and guest service-oriented • Responds to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner • Facilitates the flow of information, by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled departmental meetings and communicates projected data • Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports • Collaborates with other departments on special events and/or promotions • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • At least 2 years’ supervisory level experience in a 5 star hotel / well known property • High School graduate or above • Understanding of ticketing Management System • Initiative, organized and detail-oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good leadership skills, communication skills and staff motivation • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills • Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Able to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis • Ability to work under pressure • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Fluent in English • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to multi-task. |
