Job Title: Gaming Data Analyst
Job Duties: • Utilize business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards to help management understand the business trend and make data driven decisions. • Analyze business trends and KPIs related to gaming performance, customer behavior, casino operation and maintenance etc. • Perform data segmentation and observe customer behavior to help design appropriate marketing campaigns. • Perform regular data quality audits on existing data in the data warehouse. • Assist with financial reporting and analysis related to gaming operations. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related disciplines. • Work Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in CRM or data analysis job role, experience in gaming analysis is a plus Knowledge. • Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Familiar and skilled with CRM systems, Bally CMP, Patron Management or similar systems preferred. • Analytical and familiar with either customer segmentation, gaming optimization, financial modelling, or CRM strategies preferred; knowledge in multiple field is a plus. • Familiar with R, SAS, SSRS, or other data analysis/reporting software is preferred. • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and other programming languages is preferred; Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation creation; knowledge in Access is a plus. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
