| Job Duties: | • Provide direction and oversight for the Electronic Gaming Operation Department. • Analyze slot machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. • To review statistical reports for accuracy and oversee security of personnel, moneys and games. • To ensure adequate staff training is maintained with highest level of customer services and review employee performance to maximize efficiency. • To monitor employee adherence to performance standards regularly. • To establish and maintain open channels of communication within the department and establish a team atmosphere where all members are treated with dignity and respect. • To ensure all standards and customer service charter is adhered to. • Familiar in slot project planning and preparation as well as machine configuration planning. Communicate and work with related department to achieve the task. • To ensure effective labor management of the operation and ensure compliance with company policy and local gaming law. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 4 years slot management experience in Casino industry, Knowledge of electronic gaming operation, policies and procedures. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Must understand to operate IGT system (applications: Machine Accounting, Advantage Monitor, EZPay, and Patron Management). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel applications and settlement software. • To possess excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills. • Able to coach and motivate team members get along with peers and co-workers as a team. • Team building and problem solving skills are required. • Flexibility schedule: Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
