| Job Duties: | • Develops and recommends budgets, marketing plans & objectives, and ensures management meets property and division performance goals. • Ensures the accountability and compliance of Company and division policies and procedures, and all Gaming, local, and legal requirements. • Responsible for the development and monitoring of financial budgets, hiring, work force, marketing strategies, and operations to produce both short-term and long-term profitability. • Develops cost proposals for equipment, systems, manning and procedural changes as required. • Analyze electronic gaming machine financial information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing efficiency and revenue. • Ensure effective labor management of the operation and staff training maintained to ensure the highest level of service to guests. • Manage installation of new Slot product, game content, movement and conversion. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 6 years slot management experience in Casino industry, Knowledge of electronic gaming operation, policies and procedures. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
