| Job Duties: | · To be enthusiastic and display a positive demeanor and maintain composure under all circumstances and fit well in the company’s service and operational culture. · Responsible for properly training security supervisors and officers to adequately protect assets of the company, employees and guests. · Maintain high employee morale and good customer relations. · Demonstrates and explains methods of detecting and apprehending suspects or undesirable persons that are disruptive to the operation. · Develops plans and assists in employee training programs, staffing hiring and man power planning. · Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. · Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. · Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managerial level in a Casino / EGM Facility or equivalent working environment. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
