Job Title: Assistant Manager - Gaming Technical Service
Job Duties: • Develop and maintain all Electronic Gaming Technical policy and procedures and provide a documented inventory report at regular intervals showing routine preventative maintenance, component par levels and service requirements. • Control and provide systems for managing stock of, equipment, components, spare parts and consumables related to the department. • Ensure Electronic gaming devices are set up to comply with government regulations, approval and advice on technical requirements needed for casino project works. • To establish programs to teach and nurture technicians to an acceptable skill level and ensure growth by providing knowledge and experience as a leader. • Establish open lines of communications so that employees always have a clear understanding of their job functions and the policies of the department and company. • Set high standards for performance of employees within the Electronic Gaming Technical department, ensure employees adhere to these standards, and establish a system for regularly review. • Manage workforce management schedule for Electronic Gaming Technical department. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisory level or above in gaming technical/ gaming machine or casino industry, Knowledge of Asian gaming market is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Must have experience and sounds understanding of Standard Business Applications, Casino Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems and Project, Basic knowledge in AutoCAD application desired. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
