Job Title: Administration Manager - Gaming Technical Service
Job Duties: • To organize outsourcing repair service for all Electronic Gaming and Table Games equipment in a timely manner and control overall expenditure within BPO budget and prepare Purchase Requisitions through company procurement system. • To manage the performance of ongoing preventative maintenance to ensure the serviceability of all Slot Machines and Table gaming equipment, as well as the upkeep of their repair records and liaise with Manufacturers on parts deliveries and returns to maintain logistics documentation for all gaming equipment. • To provide a monthly report of outsourcing repair service, in-house repairing, preventative maintenance, purchasing record and recommendations for departmental improvements and maintain equipment to approved standard and schedules. • To work with relative department for all issues regarding gaming machine asset registration, relocation, disposal, inventory, activity and control the access of all gaming software and sensitive equipment in EG Technical Workshop. • To liaise with vendors and manufacturers on particular gaming equipment fabrication requirements and criteria set by management. • To organize outsourcing repair service for all Electronic Gaming and Table Games equipment in a timely manner and control overall expenditure within BPO budget and keep accurate inventory record of all slot machines, game kits, spare parts, table game electronic equipment and off-site slot inventory. • To maintain logistics documentation for all gaming equipment and control the access of all gaming software and sensitive equipment in EG Technical Workshop. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years’ secretarial working experience in gaming technical/ gaming machine or casino industry • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Must have experience and sound understanding of Standard Business Applications, Casino Management Systems, Inventory Management Systems and Project, Basic knowledge in AutoCAD application desired. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Able to work any day of the week and any shift. • Out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
