Job Title: Assistant Vice President - Gaming Technical Service
Job Duties: • Works closely with relative department to ensure the integrity of all Electronic Gaming policies & procedures and ensure electronic gaming devices are set up to comply with local regulations and approval. • Direct and supervise the maintenance and service of all gaming equipment, including electronic and electromechanical auxiliary peripherals associated with relative department for the company, develop and maintain all department policy and procedures. • Provide a documented inventory report at regular intervals showing routine preventative maintenance, component par levels and service requirements, control and provide systems for managing stock of, equipment, components, spare parts and consumables related to the department. • Preparation of yearly budget forecast for casino parts and maintenance costs. • Establish programs to teach and nurture technical management staff to an acceptable skill level and ensure growth by providing knowledge and experience as a leader. • Establish open lines of communications so that employees always have a clear understanding of their job functions and the policies of company’s Casino Division. • Plan and manage workforce management schedule strategically to cope with workloads. • Interview, review and select potential candidate who is suitable to work for the company and evaluate team member promotion, salary adjustment and appraisal. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum of 6 years gaming machine / slots machine management experience in Casino industry, Knowledge of gaming technician service operations, policies and procedures. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience. • Must have experience and sound understanding of Standard Business Applications, Casino Management Systems, AutoCAD application(s), Inventory Management Systems and Project Management Systems. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from International countries; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
