| Job Duties: | • Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction. • Provide feedback to guests’ recommendations and share their ideas with staff and management. • Provide supervision, direction and leadership to staff to achieve department goals. • Conduct briefings and disseminate company information to the team. • Take control and maintain reservations where applicable. • Promote repeat business by recognizing VIP’s and regular guests. • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure guests needs are met and handles guests queries and complaints correctly. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum of 2 year customer service experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property. • High school graduate, GED, or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from worldwide; knowledge of Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. • Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities. • Self-motivated, organized, efficient and precise. • Customer service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship. • Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demands. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
