Job Title: Executive Manager - Guest Relations
Job Duties: • Select and manage product requirements and maintain an inventory of popular, high quality and profitable items. • Assist in planning and implementing procedures for special events and banquet functions. • Review and manage monthly revenue and expenditure records. • Control expenses and research ways to generate more revenue. • Provide personalized service to media and VIP guests. • Write and implement standard operating procedures. • Constantly arrange refresher training to improve team members’ competency levels. • Maintain effective communication with all team members by providing written and verbal translations. • Monitor industry and market trends and recommend adjustments to the pricings accordingly. • Suggest creative ideas to the executive management to enhance the image & business of outlet/lounge/club. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards. • Help plan and approve external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities. • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Guest Relations & Customer Service experience in large, upscale, high volume hotel/industry. • 2 years or above of experience as a supervisor in a five (5) Star hotel/ Well-known property • Must have preopening experience. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience, or equivalent working experience. • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to deal with guests and internal staff from worldwide preferred; knowledge of Cantonese, Japanese and Korean is an advantage. Ability to operate Microsoft Windows & Office software. • Must have a strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, checkbook management, productivity and inventory controls. • Confident and friendly. • Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. • Must have refined verbal communication skills. • Must be customer service oriented. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
