| Job Duties: | • Monitoring tables and electronic gaming change and facilitating the communication with Casino Operations, internal support teams and external suppliers • Managing all areas of administrative work for Gaming Projects and Administration team • Prepare business documentations, including, but not limit to reports, budgets, timelines, government submission documents, forms and memorandums • Monitoring all gaming related purchase process, including gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment for Casino Operations • Responsible for stock inventory of all gaming tables, electronic gaming machines and gaming equipment • Monitoring and assisting all gaming tables’ and slots’ backend configuration in the gaming system • Support in all aspect for completing gaming project smoothly. • Supporting Casino Operations to ensure all equipment is in good condition • Ensure the direct reports are aware of their roles and perform them effectively. • Ensure all gaming administration and documentation work are properly recorded • Create a positive work environment, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation within the department and other departments • Possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Higher education is an advantage • Work Experience: Over 8 years’ experience in gaming industry with exposure to casino-hotel operation environment is required, including experience with gaming planning and management • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Good communication, analytical and organizing capability • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently • Good gaming product, systemic and technological knowledge is required • Possess excellent command of Microsoft applications, including Visio, Adobe Pro, Word, Power Point and Excel processing. • Familiar with overseas gaming administration, performance management policies and procedures • Experience in assisting and coordinating with workforce management and planning team • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua will be an advantage. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
