| Job Duties: | • Operates, maintains and safeguards CCTV technical assets. Manage all aspects of the system and technical issues relating to the CCTV system. • Manage all aspects of the system and technical issues relating to the CCTV system. • Ensure that the CCTV and associated systems are maintained to the highest levels of proficiency. • Ensure that inventory of equipment and spare is sufficient for business needs. • Ensure a proactive and positive approach to maintain and enhance the system and associated areas. • Project and manage CCTV system updates and installations and changes. • Assess the team's technical and job knowledge - implement training and assessing and continued on the job learning/training for the team. • Manage and allocate the technical section budget. • Ensure compliance with Baseline CCTV standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Surveillance and AVP of Surveillance Technical. Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports as required. • Be effective in communicating with all stakeholders (Surveillance, Security, IT, • Facilities Management, contractors and vendors) participate and when required manage interdepartmental meetings including minutes and action plans. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology Computer Hardware and Software, or related field; or equivalent work experience • Work Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years casino surveillance CCTV system technical experience • Product certification on Dallmeier, Pelco, Synectics, Honeywell, Vicon and associated systems. • Supervisory / management experience in surveillance technical section. • Previous experience with 7000 CCTV camera systems. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Knowledge of application of test meters, solder irons, hand tools, QA project supervision. • Knowledge of software such as MS operating systems, SOL server, MS server, AutoCAD and basic networking. • Strong project management skills. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Ability to read, write, and speak Chinese language(Putonghua and Cantonese) is preferred • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
