Job Title: Director of Surveillance
Job Duties: • High level liaison with executives and Division Heads of other departments. • Engender a positive, focused and proactive – results based monitor room team. • Proactively direct the team to create and maintain a respectful and harmonious team. • Manage a diverse workforce (nationalities and skills). • Oversee coaching, counseling and disciplinary matters. • Oversee department SOPs are up-to-date and in line with company standards. • Oversee recruiting and training for the department. • Ensure that all company and department P&P are adhered to Plan, organize, prioritize and allocate responsibilities and duties according to business needs. • Focus and guide others to meet their objectives and expectations. • Prepare budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure budgets for the department as required Manage costs of the department responsibly. • Ensure a proactive approach is taken to the application of CCTV surveillance. • Be responsible for Health and Safety of the surveillance workplace. • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field; or equivalent work experience. • 3 years’ casino surveillance management experience in a large Surveillance monitor room (20 consoles plus) • Excellent understanding of the market & trends relating to casino surveillance. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Must have thorough knowledge of all Casino games and all slot scams, cheats, and advantage play. • Must be familiar with various Surveillance systems and equipment. • Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements. • Proven time management and critical thinking skills required. • Possess excellent verbal and written, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to sit for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. • Must possess excellent employee relations skills. • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions. • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues as well as view monitors in order to accurately observe activities on the casino floor as well as other areas under surveillance. • Work time for this position is irregular and varied and requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays and special events. • Must agree to sign and honor a Confidentiality Agreement. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Optional - preferable to read, write, and speak in the Chinese language (Putonghua and Cantonese).manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Must have thorough knowledge of all Casino games and all slot scams, cheats, and advantage play. • Must be familiar with various Surveillance systems and equipment. • Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements.
