Job Title: Vice President of Surveillance
Job Duties: • Executive Office CEO: To enhance game protection in the casino and to detect scam and cheating by employee(s) and employee in collusion with patron(s). • Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Surveillance division, encompassing Surveillance monitor room operations and Surveillance Technical Services. • Provides overall leadership to the Surveillance Operations and Technical aspects. • Develops and recommends budgets & objectives, and ensures management meets property and division performance goals. • Establishes guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs. • Creates work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction. • Ensures the accountability and compliance of Company and division policies and procedures, and all casino, local and legal requirements. • Operations: Directs Surveillance management to ensure solid business practices that produce quality results, remain within budgetary constraints, and meet targeted deadlines. • Directs the selection and purchasing, as well as usage of related Surveillance camera supplies and equipment. • Works closely with Table games, Electronic gaming, Security, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Cage to ensure the integrity of departments and company policies and procedures. • Supervise, train, and manage agency personnel to achieve organizational and programmatic goals, including supervision of master-level student (e.g. social worker, marriage and family therapists), and psychologists (doctoral-level). • Develop counseling and therapy program and measure program outcomes. • Drive ad-hoc project as required. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner.

Qualification Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree • Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years’ casino surveillance management experience. • Excellent understanding of the market & trends relating to casino surveillance. Possesses strong contacts within the Casino surveillance industry. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction Strong negotiation skills. • Possess excellent business service skills. • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese and Cantonese preferred. (Written/Spoken). Putonghua is favorable. • Excellent communication and leadership skills is highly required. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: Workers Compensation provided. Housing, food and transportation may or may not be provided, contingent on a case-by-case basis.
