| Job Duties: | • Work with internal departments to gather requirements and develop project briefs. • Effectively manages a lean staff and works to ensure priorities are clear, development standards are adhered to and testing is conducted. • Ensures that all aspects of technology are compliant with applicable requirements to ensure appropriate controls, policies and procedures, and other requirements are in place. • Actively collaborates with the appropriate departments and outside vendors to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports organizational needs. • Assist in managing the timeline and budget of all solution implementation projects. • Manage business system issues and drive for timely resolution. • Advise user departments of available IT solutions that may satisfying their needs and assist in the development of business case justifications for the relevant solution projects. • Monitor and review performance of solutions provided to user departments for continuous improvements including functional enhancements and increase cost effectiveness. • Manage client and vendor issues in relation to implementation decisions and preferences. • Conducts research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable in regards to compliance and industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations. • Partner with the VP - IT Operation to develop the Business plan for the department to ensure objectives and outcomes are met. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT Business Solutions team to ensure high quality, on-time completion of deliverables • Direct the long term development of business system architecture in the company • Budget planning and control covering all aspects of IT projects with formal processes • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum • Work Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT development and operation with at least 3 years in a management role. • Experience in developing large scale business applications in casino operating environment. • Certification: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. • Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT development and/or operation environment is desirable. • Exposure to casino systems and peripherals from major vendors like Bally, I.G.T. and Aristocrat is desirable. • Strategic minded and always with a vision to achieve. • Be a mentor in multiple disciplines with excellent communication capability. • Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
