| Job Duties: | • Oversee IT infrastructure development lifecycle • Assist VP of Infrastructure to manage IT infrastructure teams of systems, network and telecommunications, infrastructure projects, integration and office automation • Define IT infrastructure strategy direction as company strategy plan • Develop IT infrastructure standard operating procedures for corporate and properties • Develop and define IT infrastructure backup strategy • Develop and define disaster and recovery plan • Evaluate new server/ storage/backup technology and produce relevant reports • Manages IT Infrastructure costs and evaluates vendors and products to ensure proper support balanced with cost efficiency • To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or execute outlet audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • EDUCATION : College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum • CERTIFICATION: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years in casino gaming industries IT infrastructure sector, to manage IT operations and property opening projects. At least 5 years in a management role • Experience in enterprise scale of IT infrastructure development including platforms, servers, storages, Network, telecommunications and terminal technology • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT operations environment is desirable • Exposure on infrastructure projects integration in terms of systems, network, storage, telecommunication systems with auditable security measurement from major vendors, like Microsoft, EMC, DELL, IBM, HP, Cisco, Juniper, Extreme are desirable • Extensive knowledge of Casino Management Systems architecture and functional blocks • IT compliance practices and operational processes in a large casino and/or enterprise • Strategic organization planning and implementation • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
