| Job Duties: | Main duties include overseeing the payables and payroll of the Resorts. Manage vendor liabilities and processing of payments. Perform bank reconciliation and manage fixed assets. Prepare and review of tax-related items. Assists in the budget preparation as needed. Conduct analysis of credit card charges. Performs wire transfers and month-end reports. Assist the Finance & accounting management team as needed. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting or related field and 5 years progressive work experience in accounting. Knowledge in US GAAP, internal controls, general finance policies and procedures strongly preferred. Knowledge and ability in the use of personal computer and software applications particularly SAP R3, FICO. Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability to maintain detailed records. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Able to communicate both oral and written. Must be able to work a varied schedule including holidays and weekends when required. |
