Job Title: Manager - Data Management
Job Duties: • Direct the long term development of BI & Data Model of business system architecture in the company. • Lead Data Management team in the procurement, implementation and on-going performance management of business systems and solutions. • Source and adopt new Database Monitoring application system and service solutions for serving the immediate and longer needs of Gaming Operations and Back-Offices departments. • Assist in managing the timeline and budget of all solution implementation projects. • Establish the Policies & guidelines for daily operations and first line supports which will be executed by the property team members. • Advise user departments of available IT solutions that may satisfying their needs and assist in the development of business case justifications for the relevant solution projects. • Manage issues and drive for timely resolution • Maintain a very good resource library of potential solution suppliers in the market and manage vendor relationship and project support quality for best return on investment. • Ensure the passing on of know-how to other peer teams in the IT department for competent support of sourced or developed application system and service solutions. • Monitor and review performance of solutions provided to user departments for continuous improvements including functional enhancements and increased cost effectiveness Develop, support, review and make appropriate recommendations on any IT internal processes or software applications for improving Technology and IT Infrastructure. • Handle and report any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner.s • Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Education: College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum • Work Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT development and operation with at least 3 years in a management role / Solutions Analyst role. • Experience in developing large scale business applications in casino operating environment Experience in Bally / IGT Casino Management System is a plus. • Experience in implementation of Data Warehouse, Data Modeling, ETL process, Data Qualification, etc. • Experience in Business Intelligence implementation. Experience in SharePoint Portal Implementation. • Certification Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need • Must be able to work independently or with a team Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. • Extensive knowledge of gaming industry IT development and/or operation environment is desirable • Exposure to casino systems and peripherals from major vendors like Bally, I.G.T. and Aristocrat is desirable IT compliance practices and operational processes in a large casino and/or enterprise Strategic organization planning and implementation • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. • Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.
