| Job Duties: | • Partners with internal customers in determining data and information needs and in determining the use of information to aid them in business decisions. • Serves as a liaison between the end users and the IT Department head and project managers. • Analyzes information needs, creates and maintains ad hoc and ongoing reports, and maintains internal databases for related functional information. • Performs statistical and other data analysis, and interprets analysis results. • Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. • Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems. • Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field. • Work Experience: Three plus (3+) years experience in developing business requirements for data usage or analytical applications environments required. • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English language. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Hands- on experience analyzing data produces in reports and identifying errors or problems with the data. • Experience working with data or directly supporting business users through query support. • Experienced as an end user working with SQL-based or business intelligence tools and creating reports. • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others in projects. Experience in learning and understanding business terminology, subjects, and processes without prior or specific industry knowledge or training. • Self motivated and ale to learn independently. • Professional experience in working with and communicating with both technical and non-technical users. Experience working in Casino environment and understands casino terminologies preferred. • Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT systems and processes. • Excellent IT and programming skills. • High level of mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail. • Good report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical information and ideas clearly and concisely to nontechnical people. • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties. • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task. |
